Have fished the Baffle a number of times. I look to go to the upper reaches around the old ferry crossing. You have to go to Rosedale and head in from there. If you are heading to Bundy, drop in and see Salty's tackle shop. Have caught Jacks, Barra, grunter, trevally and big flathead. Hint look for the rocks up from the ferry crossing, be careful it is shallow at low tide. Fish the last of the run in and first of the run out. Hope this helps.

There are a heap of good spots in the baffle, the jacks are still on the chew at the moment, but they do get harder to tempt as the water temps drop. Most years we manage to still catch a few right thru winter. Over the next few months we start to concentrate more on the flatties, can do very well trolling hardbody's or casting softies.
For the jacks concentrate on the rock bars that are close to deeper holes, always a chance of a barra at the same time. We often fish more towards the mouth area.
