    Pumicestone passage

Went out to day got one lizard on a lure in the inner gutter before I found snot weed and few lure tangles trolling and moved to spot x and got a nice lizard on a Temu soft plastic they look like a hardyhead I picked a weed edge for zip. So I changed back to the old faithful stinky gulps and for some reason I started catching fish again kept 3 got 7 all from over 40 cm to just over 60 cm but only got 1 30 cm tailor.

But the best part of the day was getting to spinnaker boat ramp at 10.30 am and there was still 25 to 30 % of parks still available and got back to the boat and had it to myself that made my day other than catching a fish .

Sweet, I was heading out today but the daughter is coming for a visit so going to head out Tuesday. With the new Bribie Bar at the northern end of the Passage we've had to find new ground to find the lizards due to increase in water height has changed their behaviour. Found a new spot a couple of weeks ago that I want to retry but getting in and out can be tricky and trolling won't work there, only casting SP's or hard bodies.
One of the sad signs of our times is that we have demonized those who produce, subsidized those who refuse to produce and canonized those who complain.
