Sprog Hooks

Heard of them ?? apparrently American double sided baitkeeper hooks.

Never heard of them, Google search doesn't bring much up on them either.
Are they just a brand, or a different style of hook?

nah mate of mine showed me some baitkeeper hooks he had with the baitkeeper barb on both sides of the spline/backbone of the hook.
Said the are called a Sprog Hook !!??. Appears to hold the bait on the hook much better.

I think spro might be the term that means bait holder because jig heads have a holder on them too not only hooks mustard did bream and whiting hooks but ive never seen double sided ones.
