    Emergency Nav Lights

    Looking at some emergency navigation lights, have had a look at whats available and a lot seem questionable quality and practicality wise

    I have come across some gear from a mob from nz, navipack portable led navigation kit

    Has anyone used this gear and can comment on durability, battery life etc etc

    I have some fittings, not nav lights though and they work ok. Keeping corrosion out of the electrical fittings would be the thing to look at. I did lose a knurled nob off one of my rod holder fittings, the postage was more than the fitting as stores that hold this brand don't carry parts. Other than that they're fine.

    These are battery operated hence the base fittings are push in

    Thanks, never had the need to look at portable nav lights.
