According to the interweb they still need to be converted from either usr or GPX format. Did you manually save the marks from the unit to your chart card? It's not recommended as it can cause data corruption and consequent chart failure "apparently". If you haven't done a manual save they won't be there. The marks are stored in the unit and do not automatically save to the chart card.

Not sure. The information on Navionics plotter sync webpage does list a heap of bird models with the various capabilities of each but doesn't mention which capability includes waypoint transfer. Best option is to save in GPX to a blank SD (32gig or less) and the convert in a PC using the free HumminbirdPC software to a hwr file and load that in............sounds easy when you say it quick 😂. Not that difficult to do in real life unless you can't lay hands on the required bits and pieces.

Definitely use a spare SD card, easy enough to save to, also there are a few free software programs available to convert the files, BabelGPS comes to mind or GPS Babel.
Did it for a mate who went backwards from an Elite to a Hook series so had to convert the files. Then he bought a Garmin and we had to go the other way.

Download Humminbird PC What is HumminbirdPC? | Humminbird

Save or export your mark file in a GPX file format from the Lowrance to a blank SD card. (If your Lowrance doesn't have this option you will need to do a double conversion - USR file to GPX file to HWR file but we won't go there unless we have to)

Run Humminbird PC and load the GPX file to it then save as a HWR file.

Load the marks back into your Bird.
