    Something like this once u work out your most fuel efficient rpm and angle on the gauge a simple set and forget obviously it would be going wild at idle hence u use it while at speed to set trim

    Iíd recommend talking to Mal at Creek Marine at Alderley in Brisbane there isnít much he dosent know about Mercs

    The new boat has a trim gauge and I was wondering whether I would ever use it. I guess the benefit could be once I work how it best rides in leading and following swells of different sizes I can dial straight in to that trim without needing the possible slight adjustments - but every swell is different in regards to wave steepness and gap between waves so Iím not sure if this theoretical benefit would ever actually be realised except on a mild day

    Nope, although scoattar reckons the sender might be located in the Tbar box thing and it might be just a matter of adding a gauge.
