    Profile 585CC

Another day, another day on the water. Spent the morning doing a water test in a 5.85CC Profile. Owners Mike and Bec asked me along to put the new rig through her paces. With a Merc 135, 4 banger on her bum, this rig is fast, quiet and nimble. It feels rock solid and didn't offer any unwelcome surprises. Top speed is scary. Surprisingly dry for a centre console too. Having the Furuno / Garmin units to guide us around was a bonus. We also did some launch and retrieve sessions to make sure all is good. Nope, we didn't even take a fishing rod We did however, find a rascal out there looking for Schoolies. #maccaschoolies#bluewaterboats Noted in one photo is what's left of " The Houseboat " near Peel Island. Moreton Bay.
