Well its that time of year again when Ausfishers thoughts turn to Billfish Bonanzas and cracking a few thumping Reds on the head. The dates are now set in quick dry concrete and will cover Friday to Sunday (Nov 8-10).
The plan will be to hit the Urangan Boat Harbour either Thursday night or early Friday morning then proceed in an orderly fashion up to the Breaksea Spit area. If the weather permits we will cross the bar and play with the baby Marlin for a while before the Hunt for Red November commences.
Friday and Saturday nights will be fun and frivolities tucked in around Roonies somewhere(Macca will be making a guest appearance in his pink tights and Netmaker will take to the catwalk to show of his new range of Hawaiian shirts)
Offshore should see the usual suspects of Reds, Green Jobfish, Trout and other Reefies and the inside areas should be thick with Spotties and various Tunas available for the smaller vessels.
Mark it in your diary as this is one you don't want to miss
