Hey mate. Crumbed with chips is always a winner in this house as well. Give that recipe a go it is pretty good hey.

    Greg,
I will have to give it a go with some of those other fish. I knocked back a mahi mahi and the weekend after a trip outside. Maybe I should have grabbed one of them for dinner.

we are really enjoying the new high quality teflon coated pans for cooking - just salt and pepper plus ground chilli and garlic flakes, rubbed on the fillet, and straight into the pan with no oil

makes all fish we have tried much, much better, and eliminates the need for unnecessary oil

trueblue - what sort of pan are you using? I like the sound of no oil too. We just have an Ikea special at the moment.

These fish go really good in a smoker.
