big tuskie fillets
I have a cpl of big tuskie fillets in the fridge from yesterdays capture, Im just keen on trying a few new recipes. Any ideas?

I know that they're long gone, but the best thing I've done with bluey fillets is
on heatproof plate, light ( and I mean light ) touch of light soy , sprinkle on sliced ginger, garlic, chillies, green onions ( shallots )
steam over boiling water in wok, doesn't take too long
some of the best fish I've ever eaten
