I'm after a decent 4*4 mechanic in Brisbane (southside). I could go on with the stories of the last two I tried for a while but thats a different topic ::). Just seeing if you've been happy with yours as I don't want to return to doing it myself (spare time is for fishing ;)).
Cheers, Jay

Steer clear of Goodyear Sumner Park and Rocklea! Like Jay I'd like to find one :)

There's a mobile fella on the northside (know that's probably no good for you) that doesn't advertise, actually took his name out of the phonebook and is never less than 7 wks booked out through word of mouth. Best mechanic iv'e ever come across both work and price wise. Pm me if anybody wants any info. Might be worth going for a fish on the northside 1 day.
Cheers, Dezzer

I can highly reccomend South East 4X4 Specialist. They are in Nerang on the coast but they do top work and are very fairly priced! The guy who runs the place name is Shawn and he competes in the Outback and Tuff Truck series so he knows what it means to have a reliable truck.

I have just had mine down there and I am very impressed with what they did.

The number is 55781282.

The address is 11 Brendan Drive, Nerang.

Russell Newman is the Boss, they work on allot of Army gear including Landrover 4x4 & 6x6, Macks and Unimogs.
They have been servicing and doing work on my Pajero and I have no complaints, the boys know what they are doing.
