I am looking for information on places to fish saltwater, not too far from Melbourne. I have fished at Rosebud, Rye, Torquay, Docklands, Werribee, and Inverloch. My only sucess so far has been at Inverloch (from the beach, where I caught a mullet and a nice silver trevally ;D ) and Rosebud (on a boat where we caught many flathead ::) ). The latter proved too much for my sea legs, and I was sick the whole time :-[ , so I do not want to have to go on a boat again. Any suggestions of places that are usually good? I really don't care what I catch 8) , I am just wanting to feel a fish on the line again.
