Hello all the way from Brazil!

You guys sure have some very interesting fish, they look strong!

Here in Brazil our big star is the Peacock Bass. This one was caught in a remote river of North Amazon, in January.

That was a 19 pounder, but they can get to 30 lb.
They provide the most amazing surface attack I know, and yes, once hooked they will dive for cover with all its power. Many fish are lost.

We also have here a fish that is very similar to your Saratoga, we call them Arawana.
