Hey all i'm just woundering if anyone could give me their 2cents worth.
i'm looking for a new sounder for my boat it's a 17sf southwind
i have a hummingbird x85 but would like one that give me better definitoin for the wider fishing and bottom structure.
Whats everyones opion on coulor vs gray
I don't need one with gps as i already have a stand alone unit

as i sayed i want one that will give the best true vision of whats down on the bottom as that dictates whats everywhere else inbetween

thanks

i've fished with a furuno colour 2d in a mates boat & it beats grey hands done no questions asked - much easier to interpret.

Colour , there is no other choice !

I like Furuno, but have seen, JRC and Koden, all doing similar job.

Lots of grunt is needed. Must be user friendly.

Cheers Phill
