Mud Friday

Hey all,

hopefully heading to Mud Island Fri morning, hope to have a line in the water and watch the sun come up, then chase down some whiting during the morning around the Rous.


....but then gotta work till 0130 the next morning......

fishin comes first......

Channel 96 "fly'n'fish" if anyone is out and about.....

I'm actually just going to hang about the Pine river instead and try out some plastics on bream.....

I Dont have enough confidence in the wind not getting above 15kts tommorrow out at mud while I'm there, with a change predicted in the arvo (could come earlier) and know my limits are just about that. I wont go out there unless its a 10-15kt forecast for a few days, as a bit of an insurance.

The top of the bay can change in an instant and I dont plan on having my boat on the bottom as one of my gps marks to fish at.

Better to be safe than sorry!
