bait shops

am going down to paradise point in morn to fish mouth coomera and out frony in broadwater.was going to put in at boat harbour ramp. anyone know what ramp is like. sandy beach? also can i pick up some live worms at paradise point bait shop. they are closed now. any info on area would be helpfull
