Just wondering if anyone has a telescopic ladder, what are they like, do they have any corrosion issues?

I have a 3 bar one. Unknown brand. Ladder does what a ladder should. No corrosion issues and I believe its been on there for 7+ years. I have added some nylon board under my platform that it's bolted to for some extra support as the platform was flexing a bit when larger blokes were on the bottom rung. Make sure whatever your bolting it to can support the weight when someone is leaning back on it when standing on the lower rung.

I asume ours is original thus about 30yrs old. Still drags my fat arse up onto the duckboard no problems.

Just remember to pull it up and flip it over before you take off.

Yup, they don't like it when you back away from the bank having forgotten them being down. I had one on my last tinnie for over 10 years - was a good bit of kit. Just make sure it is washed thoroughly after using the boat.
