Lovely looking boat. Hope your family and you have a lot of wonderful trips in it.

Just a piece of unsolicited advice you may already know.... Don't tighten the over transom strap down much.

Only want it slightly firm to resist bounce. Too much tension can strain the top sides shape and increase roller pressure.

I've had my boat nearly a year and can't agree on a name yet. You?

How did he get it down the chimney ?? :)
They have great lines and plenty of room to swing a catfish. Congrats and delivery was good timing. Sweet seat pods and the lil fella looks pretty chuffed.

Love where the portaloo is, you can poo with a view::) but all jokes aside mate, that is one awesome looking boat!! Love the seating.
Must suck having to wait all this time to get it, and than when you do get it, you have to work::) They are a great riding boat, and can eat up the rough stuff no problem at all, I'm sure you and your family will have many years of enjoyable boating, all the best mate.

Cheers
Kerrod

That's some prime fishin real estate ( looks like an acre or so) you got there littlmac congratulations. Naturally because I have the Yalta 555 I commend you on your choice of boat, mines 4 years young and still not regretting the purchase for one second, its Aussie and its tough! Good times ahead for you and the family!!

hey garry,

i didnt put the engine through the garmin, i was thinking of but i didnt wont to clutter the screen to much, i am a little old school. but i still have the option of putting the little garmin screens in as well.
by the way congrats on becoming an authorised honda dealer, i read it the other day.

well done

Thanks, I have been a service dealer since 2004 but I became a full sales dealer in July this year... took them a while to anounce it tho. Still hard to sell an engine at the moment, I draw the line at giving them away tho :)

I am sure the new rig will serve you well, the main reason for the nmea 2000 data is accurate fuel management which may become parent if you want to do long trips,, i.e 300klm +

Nice one Brett, looks the goods, Enjoy..

As Garry mentioned well worth the effort to put the NMEA network in (add it to the to do list), either of your units can display the data, and you can choose what information you want displayed so you dont clutter the screen (ie fuel remaining). Knowing the fuel usage and economy give you a great deal of comfort, as the fuel gauges are pretty useless.

Regards
Honda.

My triple 5 has two inspection ports, one directly over the hose clips to the top of the fuel tank and the other is the same for the hose clips going to the motor.

I think he means the killtank Brian. The 615s have a small one up the front.
