2 casts for 2 Bass

Headed down 5 mins from home for a fish yesturday afternoon at 5.00 on the Goldie. First cast got a nice hit 2nd cast fish on short fun tussel:D.35cm Bass landed see picture.Unhooked him and release him 10 meter down stream so he didnt alert any of the other fish that i was there. Then next cast in the same spot bam zzzzzz this one pulled some drag and had some weight to him.Probably around 38cm but a very fat bass and both fish looked very healthy and hit hard.Hopefully this is a good sign that we will have a great Bass fishery this summer;).This made my afternoon so thought it was worth a post.

Got 3 Bass and a nice bream this arvo fishing from my new kayak cast and retrieve lots of fun lost 2 others. Plenty of snakes coming out too.
