Barra Season in the NT

Is there a closed season for barra in the NT. I'm heading up to Limmen River in Oct.

No mate no closed season here.........i take it you will stay at barret's camp?........Been there 3 or 4 times,it will have warmed up a bit by October and the fishing will be starting to fire.

Are you camping or using their dongas?

Thanks Dan for the info (lots of bad information out there ). Camping on the eastern side of the river on a mate of a mates property. Still organising the gear and rigs I will need. As for the hot weather a few cold xxxx should do the trick. Ken
