Years ago I spent many days luderick fishing from a rock called flat rock at
Bundeena NSW & was wondering how many still fish this spot as in my day it was a very productive spot & relativity safe on the right days

Luderick are still available from almost any rocks, for anyone who knows that they are doing of course, certain places are better than others, and I would reckon the place you mention would still be as good today as it was when you fished there.
