Hi all,
I'm looking at buying baitcaster rod to match an Abu Classic 6000 baitcaster reel.
I'm going on a trip to Hinchinbrook Island so i can flick hard body lures at barra, but then want to be able to use in the Moreton Bay to go after snapper near Scarborough Reef, Peel Island etc.
Thinking of a Daiwa Procaster A, X or V or whether to go for a Berkley Dropshot.
Never used a baitcaster, thats why i haven't gone overboard for a starter reel.
I'll be running 30lb braid for the Hinchinbrook Trip.
Any thoughts??
