hey all,

fished noosa the sarve with great results went too the rivermouth and got this 76cm tailor on 4 inch bass minows,

then had a flick outside the boathouse ending up with a 48 cm big eye trevally.

all in all great seshion for me!

The photo doesnt really do it justice.....It was a very fat fish too.
Biggest one I have seen in the river.

Beats the rotten Big Eye trevs I caught...::)

Nice work mate, that is a ripper of a tailor, just come back from Double Island Point and didnt get a tailor of that quality! Well done.

awesome fish mate. hooked a few of that size in there but havent got lucky with one yet. top work. bet he played up a bit.

Great fish zac good to see the ole Noosa river still producing. That river would have to be my fav spot in the world. People keep telling me that it is fished out and you catch nothing but undersized fish but it just proves you need to know what you are doing and you noosa kids keep coming up with some top fish from a top system. Fantastic catch young fella, awesome job landing that beast on 10lb leader!
Bet you enjoyed that catch, what did he weigh, looks at least 5kg.

haha thanks mate honestly i didnt weigh it we all guessed about 4kg
