have got so many plastics it is not funny a mixture off burkley storm and squidgie my target species is snapper and other related fish can any one suggest whot sorts could work and whot teckneck could work:-[

I get good results from berkley 4" jerkbaits in pearl watermelon scales colour weighted lightly so as to just reach the bottom and fish the bottom 2 metres or so.

if you are after snapper then i insist that you get a dvd called "Berkley blue water, The Gulp Experience". It will open your eyes as to what plastics to use and what techniques to use. U will just have to put up with the bullshit that they speak though :)

just put in two small shark jerks in the rod the first about 50cm the second about 30cm this gives a kick of sand or mud off the bottom and then sinks back down to the bottom then pause for 3 seconds, also simply lift and drop and also, a jiggle of the rod tip will also do all techniques will work but some have been more successful for me.
