:-/ Hey Everyone,i Would Like Some Help On The Cleaning Of A Flounder As I Caught One On Saturday And Pretty Sure I Stuffed It Up,also The Best Way To Cook Them

P.s I Took Off Its Head Cuttig Across Its Body From Infront Of Its Rib Cavity Then Pulled Out A Coup[le Of Yellowy Intrails And The Rest Of Its Insides?:-[

Seems you did alright. I take off the head, pulling out the inners fronm the cavity then cut off the tail and fins with scissors. Then I simply dip in flour and shallow fry, de-scaling is optional but I find no need.

depends on how big it is, you can do as described, but if it is a good one they are very easy to fillet, but most normal sized ones, just roll in flour, cook in hot oil for a jiffy, drain on paper towel and eat!

Even easier - dont take off the head.

Just gut it and grill it.

Peel the skin back and go to town on the insides with a fork.

Once you're done with the top side, flip it over and start again.
