Hinze Dam permit/catch card competition

Attached file is the flyer from the Hinze Dam Fish Management Committee. Annual permit holders can win a $100 voucher for tackle by submitting their catch card with the permit number.

Great idea for the committee to be able to get some sort of feed back.
Pity the returns have to be sent by snail mail as the postage alone could end up costing as much as the prize for those who are regulars. I for one, fish Hinze two or three times a week (catch & release only!)
