Just had this for dinner.... So very good!

Ingredients:-
Fresh Fish Fillets
Soy Sauce
Lemon Juice
1 tspn of Garlic
1/4 tspn of Chilli (I like food hot, so use 1/2-3/4)
Dill
Cracked Pepper

Method:-
* Pre heat grill
* Add a good splash of Soy Sauce, and a decent dash of Lemon Juice into a small container. Add the Garlic & Chilli and stir. Add Dill & Cracked Pepper to taste.
* Place fillets into the grill, and spoon 3/4 the marinade over the fillets
* Grill fillets for 3-4 minutes, then spoon the rest of the marinade onto the fillets
* Grill fillets again until cooked

Serve with a nice salad or steamed vegies, and you will have a great dinner ;D

Great recipe fishing Dan,

It worked very well with Barra fillets. The Barra are starting to fire up so I will keep that recipe in mind for the next Barra I catch

YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

NICE!!

I've used a similar marinade (minus the dill) on a trevally sliced across the flesh and baked whole in the oven. Marinate the fish in it for a little while before hand and yumbo mogumbo, its dinner time!
