what is the best way to cook a bass

can any one tell me the best way to cook a big aussie bass :) :-[ :)

We just fillet, dust in seasoned in flour and pan fry. If you can get hold of coconut oil it is great to cook seafood in. They are pretty tasty!!

Nuggstar,
You need to skin the fillet to remove the fat layer off the flesh. thats where the icky taste comes from.....it 's like iodine :P :P if you dont.
