Generally which one would give you more of a headache if you where throwing overruns all day? :o :)

Using a baitcaster of course.

Hi Of the two, ive found mono gives you the lease overruns
because of its heavier diameter, have only been using braid
for a short while and found if you dont change your casting
action it will give u the biggest runs and the worst to untangle
because of its lighter texture. i find u can cast lighter wts
with braid then mono. my opions anyway

It's been a long time since I used mono on an overhead but I personally would much prefer to pull a birdsnest out of braid than mono simply because braid hasn't got the memory so you aren'y messing around with too many kinks and line twists when pulling the mess out. Should be able to pull an overrun out in no time with braid. (I've had practice) I pull my line tight on the reel till it grabs on the problem loop and then backspin till you can grab the loop thats causing the problem. Pull it out and pull your line out forward again. :)
