Steve I love the look of the Tica 30W Special and am beginning to hear good things about them and the double drag set up inside.

Has anyone on the board given then a solid work out as yet?

Would be interested to hear about that in some detail as I am planning to get one to take to Samoa in August this year.

anyone given one of those surf casting spinning reels a go? sceptor and the other one? looks like a cheap alternative to a daiwa emblem-x @$300
