gidday fella's im after some of the rubber to make a mould for egg style sinkers(maybe someone has patented the "egg"shape apart from birds and lizards!??!!!)any one done this before as i remember casting soldiers as a kid in black rubber moulds and haven't seen egg style sinker moulds in alloy anywhere.at over a $1 each in getting sick of paying so much money for a painted sinker i could cast myself-ohh and tear drop style 8oz and 12oz sinkers.

Hi
I have made numerous moulds out of plaster of paris and find they work better if you make them about a week beforeyou need them so they dry properly, i found if you use them to soon the molten lead splaters, sinkers look rough and splatering lead burns blaze
