Hi Guys I finally got my first boat (Quintrex 480 Freedom Sports) and am all exited after taking it out on my maiden voyage , very happy with my choice but the one thing that is missing is the GPS / Plotter, I'm not sure exactly what I want but I do know I don’t have a lot of room therefore think that a combination GPS / Plotter Fish finder would be the ideal choice?? Can anyone start me on the right path to look at or should I say into? I have had a bit of a look into the Lowrance HDS5 but the price is getting up there and after such a big purchase it is getting a little tight at this end of my range. If there is a better choice please let me know so I can do some research. The other option I have is the Victorian Boat Show on at Jeff’s Shed early next month I may be able to pick up something at a good sale price with all the competition in one place.
