Hat Head, Crescent Head both Firing

Hello all,

Thought I would give you all some feedback on some friendly advice I was given about a month or so ago.
I asked where on the central or northern NSW coast would be the best for 4WD access only fishing.
Hat Head or Crescent Head was the answer I was given by several parties.
Let me tell you - you boys were on the money.
I found a small estuary spot near Hat Head and pulled in three (a 59cm, a 61cm and a 64cm) flathead in the first two hours of settling in. In total we picked up 12 nice size flathead (first three were the best though) over the weekend using both baits and soft plastics.
We also picked up a few Tailor (up to 1.5Kg) and some small whiting and bream off the beach.

Thanks for the advice Gents - will be heading back up there again for sure.
