Fished Bribie at Koolamara this morn. for 6 whiting .Very disapointing .Has anyone caught any good catches yet ?

Ifished Koolamara last Saturday for only six Whitting. Conditions weren't all that good but I thought there should have been more around.

And the size was not all that good either.

It is the Koolamara resort on the surfside walk just across the road and your on the beach.

Drive over to the surf side of Bribie (sunny Woorim that is) and then take left down towards Skirmish point and Koolamara. There isn't much else around there so you probably wouldn't have to many probs finding the Koolamara resort.

Red Beach on Bribie is well known as a thieves hang out, I wouldn't doubt Koolamara has its problems as well.

Anyways you only have a small window of opportunity at bribie when the fish get thick enough to get a good feed and having the pro's shootin' a couple of nets around and taking a whole school. #

While we're talking all things Bribie, I might jump in as well.

Read something in the paper that mentioned Bald Point on Bribie. Can I get directions from you guys? It's a bummer to hear about the numbers around at the moment - was planning to head up there mid week some time.
