not happy with trailer. Didn't really suit my boat type. Didn't have my boat with me at the time, so I couldn't see it would not work on this trailer.....My fault!!!

Michael from Robina Trailers, He is going to give me a check soon and I am interested to know if anyone has had any trouble with his 'checks' in the past...Is there any business reason why he can't write out a 'Cash' check for me.....Any info on how I can save my $675 greatly appreciated....Sean

Seeing you have identified him sufficiently I am sure he would have a good case. Also seeing you have named the company then you are questioning their integrity as to whether or not they can be trusted to write a cheque. (We are not Yanks, cheque and not check BTW)

The legal ramifications of what YOU posted and those of anybody stupid enough to reply in the negative are simple enough that 12 year old could understand.

If you are just after your money then go and p/u the cheque and deposit it in your bank account. If it bounces then hope the business has not packed up and left over your pissy $675.

BTW did you originally pay him by CHEQUE and did he start a thread on a forum naming you, your business and if you can be trusted?

dont know that this is the right way to go about it Sean, if I was the business concerned I would tell you to keep the trailer as by your own admission it was your own fault. But if you had come to see me and not discussed it on a public forum you would find me an intirely different person

I own my business and yes if a customer wishes to return something because of wrong choice, no worries, but if i found out that they were doing this behind my back, see ya later buddy. Your mistake not mine. Innocent until proven guilty here is australia.

Mate, from what you have said, you didn't take your boat around there, but thought the trailer would fit the boat. It appears that didn't happen.

I think you should be grateful that you're getting a cheque, and you should just bank it in the normal business process.

There's not much point in getting fired up about a bit of constructive criticism from other members. I can empathise with you, but mate, at the end of the day, you really didn't do it very well.
