New GPS60

Hi everybody,

I bought my first GPS yesterday (Friday) - a Garmin GPS60. #I decided on this one after searches on this site and some specific suggestions to my earlier post - thanks everybody! #

I haven't used it for real yet, but trying it out in the back yard yeaterday arvo, it seems very easy to use, with good "intuitive" menu arrangements and logical labels on the buttons. #I am sure it will do everything I want it to, and lots more.

Thanks again to everybody who provided advice. #Hopefuly I will try it on the water tomorrow.

Hi Tiny,
Does the GPS60 have an anchor drag alarm? I looked on the garmin website but couldnt see it mentioned.

Yes it does, though it takes a bit of finding in the menu structure.
