Re: Townsville boating weather Monday?
Cooky you`ve missed out hey! the last week has been awesome. Alittle choppy till about 9am then its just glassed out. I`ve been fishing out around Cordelia rocks in my boat so thats gotta say something about the conditions. I`m planning on taking a trip out to salamanda in the morning with a couple of mates. If the last weeks been anything to go by it should be ok for an early morning run.

Monday aint looking too bad...BoM is saying....
"Tropical Waters, Cardwell to Bowen:
A strong wind warning has been issued
Saturday until midnight: #SE winds 25/30 knots easing to 20/25 knots this
evening. Seas to 3 metres in open waters. Scattered showers.
Sunday: #SE winds to 20 knots. Seas to 1.8 metres in open waters. Scattered
showers.
Monday: #SE winds 15/20 knots.
Tuesday: #SE winds 15/20 knots"
Tides looking pretty crap though for us creek monsters....
0622hrs 3.55m
1301hrs 0.88m
1825hrs 2.82m
Would have been a good day except for the big run in and out.....does it affect the reef fishing at all?
May the winds blow lightly upon your sails
May the seas buffet gently upon your hull
May your chiller be full of piscatorial delights
