Re: Camping DI Queens B'day Weekend
You must like line ups Paul. Is going to be busy as hell here that weekend. There will also be an extra police and Ranger presence due to problems at Easter and the police will be staying in Teewah and doing night runs to the top as well as normal day shifts.
I'm going to Brisbane to escape it all.
Otherwise it is beautiful here at the moment with clean blue surf and the odd good tailor.

Re: Camping DI Queens B'day Weekend
Thanks for yor replies gents.
I know that your right Slider the whole world will be there,as for the coppers there only a worry if youre doing the wrong thing.
I know a fella that owns a house at Teewah and he said the coppers weren't too bad,if ya doing the wrong thing they will up ya!
Saw your report on the tailor you got he other day, thats a mean looking rig for the tailor.
We will just have to battle along like everyone else, will sneak up there early Friday morning and hopefully get a decent camp.
Cheers

There's a trick to beating the line up at the ferry on the way home Paul. Pm me if you're interested. I can't tell everyone.

Camp fires? Yep no problems with fires in controlled environment as yet. There are some signs up saying they are not permitted but a ban hasn't been put in place.
