Help with stern door part

G'Day,

Just wondering if anyone has any idea how to fix/replace a small flap section that stops water getting under the transom door. Boat is 5.5M. The flap (similar to a squeegie/windsreen clearer but harder) is held down by the screws. The bottom half that screws in is fine, but the top part that stops water getting in broke when my mate stood on it after having a snorkel. Would anywhere sell replacements? Are they difficult to make? It's only about 30cm long. Cheers for any help.
