Re: 6mt fiberglass boats $50-$60k range
Hey Mate,
I work for Coastal Powerboats on the Gold Coast. We have a Vanquish here in stock if you wanted to see one in the flesh. We are 20 mins from Coolangatta Airport and a cheap day trip, or make it worthwhile as an overnighter.
The Vanquish is one of the newest designs in the lineup. It uses the same hull as the Vigour, but has an all new deck, utilising the newest design features including straight transom with optional fold away rear lounge, large live bait tank, transom door, dash for flush mounting large electronics, spacious cabin and walkaround deck amoungst others.

The Vigour has been around for a while, and is a very popular family boat/serious fisher. The hull is excellent, very well footed and needing minimal power. It is similar to the Vanquish without the mod cons or walkaround deck.

Both boats are extremely popular.
Call me on 0420 997 499 with any questions.

here is a link to the same boats questioned .... double check the weight of the hull as stated in previous posts( 750kg ?) ..as the 140hp suki would be under powered on a boat weighing around the 1000kg mark ...i would try and take the same boat/motor hp as you are looking at for a water test before purchase think you will need more hp for any offshore work . i have a victory with a 200 suki on the back and use every bit of it some days crossing bars . mabe try and go for a run in a victory b4 making a decision and compare the ride to the new ones
i too was looking for a new boat 2 years ago looked at new cruise crafts ,victorys haines built
and decided on an older fry built victory as i knew and trusted the quality of these boats as i was upgrading from a 2001 seafarer 5.5 vouge .there is always some uncertainty with something new and the older hulls have proven themselves time and time again.
just my opinion tho
have fun with the hunt and am shore you will make a decision that best suits you
just my opinion ..........cheers mick
