    Seascape boats

Could anyone tell what seascape boats are like, particularly the centre consoles?
Are they well built and what do they ride like?
Is the high tensile aluminium that they're made with a good thing or not?

Any info on these would be appreciated.

    Thanks...
    Darren

Seascapes is the cheap version of tabs. I have a tabs and the boat is great. They are built on the gold coast Ns the welds are good.

Tabs boats are made tuff for a tinnie

    Hi timddo,
Are seascapes made by the same people or are they copied?
What in your opinion would be the best centre console boats in the 35k mark?

    Thanks
    Darren

not being a smartass here darren but the best boat in the 35k mark is the one that ticks the most boxes for you..everyone has a different idea of what suits them but this might not suit you...look at the 2nd hand market there are a few good ones out there

Seascape are good boats and can take some punishment The're made by Tabs. Not a true plate boat but worth being on the short list.

No point making things idiot proof, they'll only make a better idiot.

Same company, same builders. Tabs has an option to be a true plate( self draining deck) .
I paid around that much for my boat then added the electronics. The good thing is pay a small deposit and the rest on pickup.

Darren I have a 5.4 tabs southerner, 4 mm bottom 3 mm sides, mate I will not feed you a load of crap, they are built like a brick dunny, but like all tinnies if you push them hard in the slop you will get a pounding, ride the boat to the conditions and they have a nice ride. You are welcome to come and have a gander at mine if you wish, without the salesman breathing down ya neck stuff. If ya want to go for a spin in the bay hunting some whitting hell I will be in that too. My rig with duel axle trailer sounder, gps bait board, bimmny, clears, came to $32k. Have a chat to dean at the factory he will take ya for a walk through and show ya how they are made. Cheers Brad.

Bloody hell , I must have got ripped off because my Seascape Viper was certainly not cheap .
By the way , excuse the late response as I have just noticed this thread .
As to the question of the boats themselves , I love mine . As always though ,as has been stated , the best boat is the one that suits YOU.

Look up South Easterly Marine. They are the retail arm of TABS/Seascape. Factory direct pricing. My father bought his 4.2m Trapper through them. I think they have moved to Yatala.
