Have a look at the manual for the FCV, and check to see if it has "engine data" pages. If not, find out how, if at all, you would be able to display the engine data from your Honda on the FCV... It might not be possible or worth doing.

The 585 wont display anything the engine will output... get an NMEA 2000 compliant display and you have a chance of seeing engine data
NMEA 0183 and 2000 are like the railway line and bitumen...no way will they meet
