Ok for the new fellows and learner wanting to fish of the back of a ski. This is about time you get a set up to cast slugs at tailor and Oz. Salmon when they are behind the breaker where boats fear to go. All you need is a short casting rod with 60lbs trace and a metal slug. Position yourself just out back of the breakers when the fish are there. Early morning is the go too. Sometime the water is so clear u can pick out the individual fish to cast at, or u can be lazy and troll.
My fav. Spot is south straddie north of the sea way.
