    Fuel Filter Pump Seized.

    Hi all ,

My 80 Series T/D has a seized fuel filter pump, and will need a replacement before my next trip up north.
Anyone got one or know of where I might get one .

Local wreckers down the coast don't have any at the moment.

    cheers Jimmy

    Gday mate,
If its just the primer on top of the fuel filter the whole unit can just be replaced. There not that dear. A mate just got one for his Hilux.
I think he got his from a diesel reco mob in Springwood. About $150 I think.
    Cheers Dan

    Thanks Phil,
your link was the first step to eventually finding the part I need . Sunshine Spares in Archerfield had it.

This is probably a bit late but I use a standard old primer bulb off your boat and put inline, they normally last about 5yrs before needing replacing and work 10 times better than the factory original setup, been doing to diesels for 20 yrs.
