New Caldia any good ???

Just wondering if anyones got one of the new Daiwa Caldia's, thinking about buying one for a new combo i'm putting together.

Hi Tim,

I have a high speed Caldia 2506H, with a 2500 spool that I bought from Japan. VERY good reel, marginally better than my Luvias. Knocked over more than a dozen skipjack tuna, some 80cm golden trevally, a few school mackerel, and a few other bits and bobs running Jerry Brown 10lb braid. Still as nice as the day I bought it. Used only for plastics and spinning twisties.

Highly recommended.
