GME G142 Chartplotter + C-Map

Hi,

Anyone have any feedback on GME's G.PLOT G142 Chartplotter. I have a dedicated sounder and want a stand alone plotter. If not this it will be the Lowrance Elite5.

Also - I have been told to go with the Navionic Gold mapping, but the GME runs C-Map Max.

Any good or bad feedback about C-Map Max ?

although basic I like the C map MAX as the fishing zones are coloured as they should be and it has tide direction.
