Boat to give away!
The major prize for the 2011 Lake Burrendong Classic arrived in the Central West this week, with the IWRA taking delivery of a Quintrex 370 explorer complete with a brand new 15 horse power Mercury out board motor, courtesy of Canobolas Caravan and Marine Centre Orange. The prize will be given away by lucky draw at the Easter time catch and release fishing competition, with anglers only needing to enter to have a chance at towing home the new boat. The total prize list for the event now stands at $30,000.

We are all hoping for the same glorious weather for the comp as last year! Glassed out days and just a slight ripple across Burrendong...Magic! Matt Hansen

With just three weeks to go untill the Easter time fishing comp, Burrendong is fishing amazingly well! Cricket score catches of Redfin are being reported, Cod up to 25lb, and some big 50cm Yella's are about! Matt Hansen.
