big bream on the bite in gladstone

Last night i decided i was not going to let this rain ruin my fishing anymore so went out and threw some smallish(7 to 11cm) poddy mullet i had in freezer around and the bream went wild caught 23 fairly solid specimens in a 2 hour session not one was under the legal limit (25?) biggest went 38cm.

kept two a 35 and a 38cm, big thick suckers the pair of em.


so if any locals wanna take the kids out for a hot session over xmas pm me and ill disclose the spot , make sure you have decent line but seen a guy there with his kids using the cheap kids rods and kept getting snapped off.
