Scarborough Boat Ramp
Some good and bad news - I was at Scarborough Boat Ramp on Sat (2/1/10) at 7am and noticed a few cars had been broken into and contents stolen (bad news) but was reported to police.
I returned at 1030am to find forensics officer dusting cars for fingerprints. Since I had reported I told officer it had happened between 10pm-2am (as I had talked to 2 guys who had gone out at 2am and their car was not touched)
Officer says "thank you but we have caught the guy who did it" (good news)
So check with police if your car was broken into at Scarborough on Friday night.

Re: Scarborough Boat Ramp
maybe the cops can take the guy who did the breakins down to the boat ramp on a saturday morning to say "hi" to the local boaties and let them sort this scum out without wasting the courts time and money.
Cheers Garry
