    Tyrnos 16 or 20 for 24kg

Looking at getting myself a Tyrnos for a 24kg outfit - Don't go much beyond 70meters...will be used for trolling/live baiting and bottom bashing.

They both appear to have similar drag, but the 16's lighter/less cumbersome(But less line capacity of course)

Anyone with a 20 find them too big(Rock side to side) without gimble?

I have the 20 with 24kg line (braid with 100m mono topshot). I don't find it hard to handle at all and think it would be a better choice with 24 kg line given that it has harness lugs, more line capacity and I would think more drag capacity.

both are pretty versitile if you are using braid the smaller diameter will allow more out of the smaller tyrnos they are quite heavy the bigger ones

I have the 16, but only for an 8kg outfit.
Dunno how it goes 'cause I've had it since christmas and have yet to tow a black lure with it.
I was told by those who know more than me that the tyrnos numbers are best equated to their line class in lb. ie tyrnos 30 = 30lb line approx as a rough guide.
Based on the above I dunno if a tyrnos is the best reel for 24 k.g.?

Feel free to blow that theory away however.
